REFLECTION
For this module, everything has to be done independently. We had to think of a topic that is related to the specialisation we are in. The first problem I encountered is that the module is held online and students must wait for the lecturer to go through each student individually. Secondly, due to the specialisation class that I had chosen having too many students in, I along with some UI/UX design students was assigned to another class specializing in Graphic Design. It was a problem because I would like to have some reference ideas that are related to the topic of my specialisation.
During the research for the report I did encounter many problems such as the article I first used was too old, some I used were not actually articles, and so on. I needed some help from my friend for a research topic idea. The hardest thing to do in this module is to record 8 minutes to 10 minutes of our presentation, it is way too less time to compress everything in the report. I originally got over the time limit (16 minutes) and had to shorten it down to 10 minutes.
With all the struggles that I have experienced, I will say my writing and research skills have improved. I was able to learn independently and to problem-solve in situations where I needed to find another way around it.
