REFLECTION

The whole project is like a rollercoaster ride, going up and down, but eventually ending. It took me a while to get a hang of the Adobe Illustrator program. It is good for vector arts but oh boy it was a pain to use. The brush tool was quite bad to use along with the fact that I had to eyedrop the original colour I wanted whenever I used the gradient. There are probably ways to fix it but it was hard to find a solution online.

But ignoring the struggle I had with the program and the deadlines...

I enjoyed Task 1 a lot because I had made some monsters/creatures of my own before, (Highly inspired by the SCP Foundation). Thus it wasn't a problem for me to create a monster and give it a story. While writing its story I wondered if it was too dark but nah I liked it and therefore I kept it. Task 2 I enjoy reading some other urban legends while trying to find one to base the assignment on. Some others were alright but there are some that I find simple and interesting like "The Last Bus To Beijing's Fragrant Hills".

In the progress of doing the task I at first hated how they turned out but eventually I liked them more and I learned a lot more about the program.
